Georgina von Etzdorf & Margaret Howell collaboration

Congratulations to Georgina von Etzdorf, the show goes on with her wonderful collaboration with Margaret Howell in the pursuit of the perfect work jacket. It is classy, artistic and practical, and designed for both men and women.
The 'Design Notes' below showing Georgina's studio, the jacket and a classic print design 'Poppy' from 1978, beautifully illustrate and describe the creative journey of the joint project.

The launch is this evening - October 3rd,  at Margaret’s shop in Wigmore Street, London W.1, & Martin Simcock's Bread and Flowers will provide exemplary canapés for the evening. Tortilla, roasted red & yellow pepper with anchovy, cheese straws, manchego con membrillo, and gin & juniper cured salmon with apple & fennel cream. Doors open 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

In addition there will be a splendid cameo exhibition of Georgina von Etzdorf memorabilia, designs and original artworks spanning over 25 years of design on view for 3 weeks, until the end of October. Please come and have a look.
